ONLINE ORDERING QUESTIONS 

What is PRE-ORDER?  
A Pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not been arrived or released. Pre-orders allow consumers to guarantee immediate delivery on arrival. 


I did not get or find my order number. 
Your order number is provided only after successful payment. A invoice with your order summary will be sent to the email provided during check out. Your order number will be in the subject title and on the invoice. 

If you paid and did not get your order number there may be a mistake on your email, give us an email at jajananindo.to@gmail.com with your name, number, and email used. We will try to find your order. 

When can I pick up my online order?  
Our store right now only does PRE-ORDER. Once the pre-order is closed, we will process the order and it will take up to two weeks to come to Canada. We will update, fulfill and prepare the order as soon as the products arrive. 

Do I have to pay before picking up my online order?                                    Yes, without payment, the order will not be processed. Methods of online payment: Visa, Mastercard and Debit-Interac. 

Can I cancel/modify my online order? 
We're so sorry, once the order go through we can't cancel the order. Yes, we can modify the order, contact us as soon as possible for any modifications.  

Where can I pick up my order?
We are still offering these pick up locations: HAMILTON, MISSISSAUGA, DOWNTOWN TORONTO, NORTH YORK & MARKHAM. Just choose the pick up selection and write down your preferred pick up location in the NOTES.
